Executive Leadership
LMP boasts a team of seasoned immigration lawyers, including registered practitioners at the High Court of Australia, Supreme Court of New South Wales, and members of the Law Society of New South Wales, as well as members of the Migration Institute of Australia. Our legal team members have graduated from prestigious institutions such as the University of Sydney (USYD) and the University of New South Wales (UNSW), holding Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor degrees. With strong academic backgrounds and a wealth of practical experience, we uphold principles of professionalism and integrity, earning an outstanding reputation in the industry.
Jia (Jack) Li
Principal Solicitor – Director
Jack obtained his Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law from the University of Sydney. He has extensive practicing experience in various disciplines of Australian law, such as conveyancing, business, family and criminal law matters prior to focusing his professional career in immigration law in 2003. Jack speaks fluent English and Mandarin. Jack specialises Judicial and Administrative Appeal Tribunal (AAT) review applications, business visas, employer sponsored visas, general skilled migration, skills assessment with various assessing bodies, child, parents, partner and other family stream visa applications as well as all temporary visa applications including student and visitor visa. His vast experience in wide ranges coupled with an abiding commitment to client-focused representation ensures you get the best advice to meet precise and tough immigration laws at all times. He currently holds practicing certificates as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

Gloria Zhang
Lawyer
Gloria obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Sydney (USYD). She also hold Chinese Legal Practicing Certificate since 2015. Gloria has been with LMP Immigration since 2018 and is highly experienced in a full range of immigration law practice areas. She specializes in Court and AAT reviews, Permanent and temporary visa applications such as complex family and skilled visas, visitor and other temporary visas. She delivers a high standard of legal support to the clients as she keeps herself up-to-date with current regulatory framework and understands the technicalities and implications of relevant migration issues. She currently holds practicing certificates as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

Yingfei (Phoebe) Chen
Lawyer
Yingfei（Phoebe）Chen holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Engineering, and a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice. With over 10 years of experience in the migration and education industries, she has developed a deep understanding of the complex legal and regulatory landscapes in these areas. Since joining LMP, Phoebe has honed her expertise in Permanent Visa applications, visa cancellations, ART review applications, Federal Court appeal applications, and various temporary visa matters.
Phoebe is passionate about providing clear, effective legal advice and representation, helping clients navigate the complexities of Australian immigration law.
She currently holds practising certificate as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia..

Sylvia Huang
Lawywer
Sylvia obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Sydney (USYD) and Bachelor of Law degree from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in China.
She also holds the Legal Professional Qualification Certificate of China, enabling her to practising as a lawyer in China.
Sylvia has extensive legal practice experience in China and Australia before joining LMP Immigration.
Sylvia is experienced in temporary and permanent visa applications as well as ART and Court appeal cases.
She has been admitted to practise as a solicitor in the Supreme court of New South Wales.
She can speak Cantonese (native), Mandarin (native) and English (fluent).

Bulson Lamagade
Senior Case Manager
Bulson has extensive experience in the education industry as well as legal industry prior to joining LMP Immigration as a senior case manager.
He hold the Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice qualification, passed the Capstone assessment and soon to be a Registered Migration Agent

Fiona Wang
Registered Migration Agent
Fiona is a current Juris Doctor candidate and hold the Graduate Diploma in Migration Law and Practice. She also obtained the Bachelor of Economics degree. She is currently a Registered Migration Agent.
She has extensive experience in the Migration Industry prior joining LMP Immigration. She has experience in all tempoary and permanent visa application as well as appeal cases.

Kaji Jasika Jarin

Jasika obtained a degree in Bachelor of Commerce, she is also hold the Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and Practice from Australian National University (ANU). Jasika entered the migration profession since 2009, she is highly skilled and experienced in multiple areas of practice in Australia Immigration Law. Jasika is customer service oriented, she strives to provide the best professional service and support to all clients. Jasika speaks fluent English, Bangla and Hindi. Jasika has been a Registered Migration Agent since 2009 and is a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA)

Freya Wang
Office Manager
Freya Wang holds a Master in Professional Accounting degree in Australia and she has extensive experience in the immigration industry. She has been with LMP Immigration since 2016 and has been actively engaged in office and clients related services. She has deep engagement with the Chinese community in Australia and managing marketing related activities among the Chinese community. She is able to assist with clients with all issues relating to their legal matters with LMP Immigration.

Samir Khalak
Marketing Manager
Mr. Khalak obtained Master of Engineer from University of Technology, Sydney and has settled in Australia since 1996. As a migrant himself, he understands the significance of hassle-free visa outcome to our clients. As he is highly educated and always ready to help others whatever he can, he is active member in the Indian community which is one of the largest in Australia. His ample experience and comprehensive knowledge in immigration field are beneficial to other community members.
He works with the community closely and acts as a source of immigration information to help them achieve their settling in Australia. He speaks fluent English, Gujarati, Hindi and Urdu.
